The OECI Oncology Days are an annual gathering of the Organisation of European Cancer Institutes (OECI),
bringing together representatives of cancer centres across Europe to exchange knowledge, share experience
and strengthen collaboration in cancer research and care.
The 2027 edition will take place in Dublin, Ireland, from 22 to 24 June, hosted by Trinity St. James’s
Cancer Institute. The event will provide an opportunity for OECI Members to connect with colleagues,
explore shared challenges and discuss priorities shaping the future of cancer centres in Europe.
The scientific conference will focus on
“Cancer Care Beyond Oncology: Building Interdisciplinary Care Around the Patient.”
The programme will explore the importance of interdisciplinary approaches to cancer care, bringing
different areas of expertise together to address patients’ needs more comprehensively.
Alongside the scientific programme, the OECI Oncology Days will feature sessions dedicated to the
organisation’s ongoing activities and strategic priorities. These will include discussions on the OECI
Accreditation and Designation Programme, OECI Working Groups, and the development of the OECI Strategy 2030.
The event will also provide a space for Members to exchange perspectives on strengthening collaboration
across institutions and countries, advancing the role of Comprehensive Cancer Centres, and connecting
excellence in research and care with better outcomes for patients.
The OECI Oncology Days are more than an annual meeting: they are an opportunity to strengthen the European
cancer community, build lasting partnerships and turn shared knowledge into progress. By bringing together
diverse perspectives and expertise, OECI aims to foster a more connected and collaborative approach to
cancer research and care, in Europe and beyond.
Join us in Dublin for the OECI Oncology Days 2027.
