The OECI organisational structure mainly pivots on its Working Groups, which are tasked to develop the OECI Annual Programme.

Each Working Group has a Chairperson who is charged to interact with the Delegates of the Members which are interested to collaborate with them. The participation to the WG activities is open and not remunerated.
The WG may receive a financial support to develop its programme of activities upon proposal of the Chairperson and approval of the OECI Board.

Each OECI Member is free to propose the constitution of a new Working Group by sending a well-structured request to the OECI President. Further an evaluation of the OECI Board, the proposal is presented to the General Assembly for discussion.
