IRCCS Ospedale Policlinico San Martino (HSM) Comprehensive Cancer Centre (HSMCCC) is the main cancer centre of Regione Liguria. It operates within HSM as a specialised centre for cancer research, treatment, and education. HSMCCC offers dedicated clinical and research spaces and clinical pathways tailored for each patient's need, integrating cutting-edge technology.

Education
HSMCCC is affiliated with the Medical School of the University of Genoa, providing many programs in different areas of life sciences related to cancer including residency schools and PhD programs. HSMCCC also welcomes national and international trainees and post-docs.
